Who is providing this notice?	Renaissance Capital Greenwich Funds and its advisor Renaissance Capital LLC.
How does Renaissance Capital protect my personal information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Renaissance Capital collect my personal information?	We collection your personal information, for example, when you open an account provide account information give us your contact information make a wire transfer tell us where to send the money We also collect your information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include: Renaissance Capital LLC and Renaissance Capital Greenwich Funds
Non-affiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Renaissance Capital doesn’t share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Renaissance Capital doesn’t jointly market.
